Inventor freezes up whenever I try to edit this part?

whenever i try to remove features the program feezes up. I waited once for like 2 hours and it worked though after installing service pack one. whatever I try it just freezes up and i don't want to wait two hours to work on this thing. I'm staying in on a saturday night! and I can't work on this

My computer is relativelyfast, and i am running inventor 2013

At 14+Mb in file size it looks like something has happened to this file (kernal). Check you (OldVersions) directory and see if you can salvage a older version of the file.
