Inventor User Groups

Does anyone know where I can find information about possible Inventor User Groups in Houston and/or Texas?

Thanks,
Richard in Houston

Yeah, but the focus of GHAUG is AutoCAD. Inventor isn't the focus, just a side note. ~Larry "Donovan Cox" wrote in message news:3ff3066c$1_1@statler... > www.ghaug.org > "Larry Caldwell" wrote in message > news:3ff2f8b8$1_5@statler... > > I don't know of any. Thanks for the link.
I may try attending a meeting or two and see if there is any interest there in a special interest group for Inventor.

If anything develops, I'll post the info here.

Better than San Diego. The local user group here is AutoCAD focused and has a side bar on Inventor once a month if anyone is interested, if not it's passed up. How encouraging.... I'm curious why more VARs like Total CAD Systems don't sponsor groups. Hmm subscription time in Feb. again ... wonder if subscribers have to pay to attend the group! ~Larry "Bill Bogan" wrote in message news:3ff61e3a$1_6@statler... > Better than San Diego. Given what I have seen lately with Kerwin firing up iVug, I think that getting a user group started is more of a time and energy commitment than a monetary one. Someone needs to take the initiative and just do it but not be to discouraged at first. Near as I can tell, iVug is on a month to month shoe string but Kerwin has done a pretty credible job of finding someone to host locations, pay for food and donate door prizes. http://www.svipu.org/ Larry Caldwell wrote: >I'm curious why more VARs like Total CAD Systems don't sponsor groups.
