Inventor Style and Standard editor - Add an object type

    Dear all,

After migrating our IDW template from Inventor 2009 to 2012, we're now encountering issues when we display a sheet metal's flat pattern.

The flat pattern do not get represented and a yellow mark is represented in the drawing browser.

I noticed in the "Style and Standard Editor" library that an "Object Type" is missing, the "Sheet Metal Roll Centerline".

The representation failure may be related to this missing object.

Unfortunarely i'm not able to add a "new" Object Type.

    Q. Is it possible to add an "Object Type" directly from the "Style and standard Editor" menu or by manipulating an application system file?

    Configuration:

    Inventor 2012 x64 SP1

    Machine OS Windows 7 x64

    12Gb DDR3 I7

Generally, there is no difference between the R2009 and 2012 styles for the sheet metal. You can see this information on our web site, at the end of this page.

Could you please provide a file in R2009 format, so that we can check it here.
