Hi

I get the following error when installing SP1.1 (SP1 is not installed).

Error 1328. Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT8AE0.tmp cannot be modified - consult your vendor.

Can anyone advise?

Would you please provide more information about the error which you encountered?

Such as which OS, and detailed steps. It will help us a lot to do further investigation.

Please reinstall Inventor in control panel and patch the SP1.1 build again.

If it still does not work, would you please upload the log file under %temp% ?

A latest txt file in that folder, and the format of the name is a few like "MSIf936d.txt"
