I installed IV2013 yesterday and as you would expect went looking for whats new...Immediately linked to a page "
Internet access is required to access the Help". Thats funny, links to Buzzsaw and Supplier Content work fine..see attached. What is happening?, hotfix on the way perhaps.....

You can install the utility that installs the help locally on you machine. The kicker is you need the internet to down load the utilities from the Autodesk website.

My point is the internet was connected when I tried to open the help/whats new as you can see in the attached jpg. I have since given up downloaded the help files anyway..
