Is there a way to tell what date a service pack was installed on a computer? I'm trying to make a case to get light admin rights and it would be a huge help to know how long it takes our IT to do simple things like install service packs, etc.

Control Panel > Uninstall Program
On the left of the window, there will be an option for View Installed Updates. It will give you all the info there....
