If you take the file (4) you attached in your other post thread, lofting the complete profile, then overlay the imposible sheet (2) from this post you will see that in order to achive the upper tight radius shape the fold lines need to terminate beyond the extent of the lower sketch you are trying to use in file (2). I assume this is why you can not get it to work as the folds would need to terminate along the vertical edges as well as the uper and lower sketch.

Can you not use file (4) as a master file and derive / split the sections out as needed ?

    Regards

    Hi, thanks devoted time

    > Can you not use file (4) as a master file

Naturally, I came up with this idea in the meantime. However, it is only prosthesis...

    By the way...

I cannot pull the sheet by "lofted flanges" (and other metods) from spline profiles. It seems to me that it should be possible. In previous versions of Inventor (before 2012) it was possible to unfold a solid (like sheet) created in the part module after transfer to the sheet module. Currently (2012/2013) this property has been very limited. Do not you have such experience?

    Regards
