Finally the reason for the problem was found out. This is caused by a conflict between function in TaskScheduler.exe  and a dll file.  The workaround for the moment is to restart the machine in Safe mode, then the Task scheduler buttons should look correctly. The problem will be fixed in SP1, we are also discussing currently the possibility to create a hotfix for this issue.
