Two out of three identical subasy's in an IPN are not showing their children subs.

Is this a bug?

In the edit window I can actually select & tweak the components within each of the offending subs. But I cannot pick a nested sub to tweak it -a bit  frustrating.

Is there any way to get the subs to show up?

Oh, I'm using 2012 SP2.
