Hello

Once I check to show model sketches I cannot set it back since it getting inaccessible.

Please advise why and how to set it back to not show the sketches?

This works as designed for the moment. We have a wishlist item logged to have also the option to uncheck the "Get model sketches" option. In drawing's browser, right-click on the Sketch icon. There are two options, Include and Visible.

If you uncheck Include, this performs un-check for the model sketches option. If you uncheck Visible, this will not show the sketch in the view.
