In working with Autodesk Inventor I accidently exited out the menu that displays all my different extrusions and sketches. Can anybody tell me what this menu is called and how I get it back? Thanks

Check "Browser"
If I understand you correctly its called the browser. You can turn it back on by going to the View Tab, Windows, User Interface and check browser.
