    Holes and NPT Threads

Does anyone know why I can't create a hole with an NPT thread. I can create
the hole and then apply the thread, but then it does not show in the hole
table in the IDW. Just seemed strage to me that there was only a small
subset of threads that could be applied direct to the hole when it was
    created.

    Thanks

If you are using the hole tool, use the thread tool after you create the
hole and you will be able to add the NPT threads (the threads and the hole
will be separate features). If you are extruding a circle in a sketch to
create the hole, add a face angle to the hole and the NPT threads will be
selected by default when you use the thread tool.

Yep. But it's been that way since the beginning. Don't know why...
