We upgraded to 2013 from 2011 about a month ago, and I've started having an issue of the hatch in an idw coming and going.  I don't have the problem when it is an idw of an ipt, only of an iam.   For instance, it should look like: 

But sometimes, it does this, just when clicking or zooming:

And the hatch is still there, as can be seen when I hover over it:

It seems to do it randomly and to random components, for as you can see above, not all the hatches have disappeared, just some of them.  It's not unusable this way, but it is irritating to have things disappearing and reappearing on you.  Anyone have any thoughts?
