Turn on sketch visibility in browser to access to dimensions at any time.
or
by right-click in the desired feature and Show dimensions
or
you can access to dimensions through parameters dialog box (Manage \ Parameters)

... and, while the dimensions are visible with "Show Dimensions", you can change any dimensions you wish. Then use Update to make the changes take effect.

or
you can name your dimensions as you create them ex. Length=100
and then simply type the name any time you need it somewhere else or List Parameters.
