Is there any way in standard inventor to find what sketch is related to a frame generator member?

But I'm afraid thats not what the question is.

As you see, all the the frame generator part is published into Content Center, and saved at you idcl file at folder: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Inventor 2013\Content Center\Libraries.

After the part is published, there is no way to edit the sketch drawing which has combined with the published part.  You use CC editor to modify the parameters.

Not talking about that sketch.

I'm after the sketch within the frame skeleton after the member gets assigned to a line on placement in an assembly.

Open the Frame part, in the model browser, you could see the sketch in the browser's dot.
