    Exporting Sheetmetal Flat Pattern

    Hi

I have run into a glitch with version 6 of Inventor that I was not having
with version 5.3. When saving a sheetmetal flat pattern to a DXF file in
version 5.3 some curved lines were converted into splines and the put on the
correct layer. Now were they were splines before they are individual lines
with no layer assigned to them. My CNC program needs layers for it see the
line. So for now I have to open the file with Autocad and then put the
lines on the correct layer and resave. It is a real pain doing this. Is
    there a solution for this?
