I am creating a drawing of an iPart and I want all members P/N's included in the parts list. When I edit the parts list and go to member selection - select member to include - the yes to all button can't be selected so I can only choose one member to include in the parts list but not all.

Have you generated files for all member files?

Yes, it placed them into a sub folder. I also tried to copy these files into the main folder.

Search "General Table" in help, a parts list is for an assembly file.

Hi
I needed to have a drawing and partlist of all ipart-members once. I generated all the files of the ipart and copied them all into a new assembly. This way the partlist included all members. I didn't need to show the actual assembly on the drawing so I placed it outside the frame of the drawing. You can also place a partlist on a drawing by selecting the source-file from the browser, so you don't have to have a view of the actual assy for the partlist.
One other possibility is to create a simple iassembly with the ipart. Then you also will have a partlist with all members. But all members (but one) has qty=zero. Just make sure the choice "hide all members with zero qty" is not chosen for the partlist.
Hope this can help

Ryan posted the correct workflow for this earlier. Use the general table tool, then select the view of the base Ipart, then configure the columns and drop the table on the sheet.
