I am currently working on a group project with inventor. We have all take our sub-assmblies and created explsions of them but the teacher has required we only submit one presentation file with the mulitple explosions.  Is there way to do this?

You can only copy Explosions in the same file.  In your scenario, with having multiple files, there is no recourse.  Your teacher will simply have to cope with opening multiple files to get the grading she/he will need to do.  And you can ask him/her why they didn't warn you of that to begin with.
