    Choosing Projects

As a former MDT6 user, I'm still working my way through IV6.

I am attempting to choose a different Project. Right now the "Getting
Started Projects" Project is check marked. If I double click a
different project (either Default or one of the three that I have
created), nothing happens. I am still left with the Getting Started
    project being the selected project.

Any help on why I can't select a different project?

    Thanks,

OK, so I closed all the open drawings (2), then I could select a different
    project.

Make sure that you have closed all your Inventor windows (parts, assemblies etc...) that you might have opened while in the "Getting Started" project. Inventor will not let you change projects if you have opened files under another project. Rick
