    Caterpillar Quirk

When placing caterpillars in the IDW, there seems to be a quirk with the
ability to select a side of the edge. If you start the tool and pick the
edge first, then select the "Partial" option, it allows you to move your
cursor to the side of the edge that you want the caterpillar to appear.
However, if you select the "Partial" option before selecting the edge, then
you can not seem to pick a side, as you move your mouse to a different side
    of the edge, nothing happens.

    Anyone notice this?

    Hi Ron,

I've also run into some anomalies in this area. I have had some luck in
flipping the side by reselecting the partial button - which then seems to
free the caterpiller to flip in the drawing.

See if that works for you.

Sorry that I'm so dense. But, what is a caterpillar in this context?
