Can you change template descriptio ns?

Can the description be changed for custom templates (see attached image). If so, how?

Yes, it's just the file name. The directory path is given in the top of the header when you are selecting your template. Simply rename the file.

Pretty sure that description is built into the dialog box, not a property of the templates themselves. You can verify this for yourself, though-- create a new part file from the standard template, then change it to sheet metal and save it to your templates folder. The description in the New dialog box is the standard sheet-metal description, not the standard ordinary part description.
