Can't Grab detail veiw

In big assemblies, whenever I make a detail view. I have a heck of a time to
grab the green dots to resize or move the view. How can this be done?

Go to menu Tools
Select Application Options
In dialog, General tab, increase the Locate Tolerance

Thanks Bill, I tried for the longest time do find that. Now I know.

BTW what is HTH. I have an idea but doubt it is the right one.

Wouldn't filtering the views as per this FAQ make this easier without
adjusting the app options that bill suggested?

Adjusting locate tolerance will have other effects that may upset your
comfort in sketching and regular idw work.

Yes!
filters work great the trick is to know which filter to use.
