I recommend grabbing a set of Calipers and model the assembly from a pen on your desk.

Somewhere I have a model that I will try to remember to post.

You will need to post some Inventor files of what you have attempted so far.

I don't think anyone is going to do it for you without evidence that you have put substantial effort into trying to achieve a solution yourself.
