CAN'T FLAT PATTERN THIS PART

Looking for some help in getting this derived/thickened part to flat pattern. I suspect the problem is the cut in the plate edge as can be seen in the below image. Can't figure out how to get rid of it. Zipped files (solid and derived sheet metal part) attached with both parts EOP rolled up. Thanks.

Couldn't the part be done with Lofted Flange?

For your sketches this is the same thing you have but only 3 dimensions. (equal =) constraints used for the three 650mm dimensions.
Of course my intention is to mirror about Workplane2.
No other construction geometry needed.

JD, probably. But I like the derive/thicken method because of the ground and root capability of the parts.

Your dimensions confuse me (why are you going from a smaller gore to a larger gore and back again), but I think you will have no choice other than to use the sheet metal tools for this as the panels are twisted.

Thanks JD. I'll have a look at your modelling method. As usual you come up with a much easier method.
Doing only half the side due to need to press these parts. So I'll make a left and right part.
The part is for a silo fumigation system. Fan (aeration) system engineer is telling me they need more volume inside the 90 degree bends. I can't argue with him much as he is the expert in this regard. So I'm just trying to facilitate his needs.

JD, if you have not yet deleted your part could you share it with me?

You are using earlier release - so you wouldn't be able to open my flle.
I can walk you through the process.
First thing I did is create a line in space for the size of the base and then add coincident constraint between midpoint and origin.
Then I created the three 650mm lines.
