Edgecam can detect if the model has changed and will prompt you to reload the model to update the geometry. The tool paths will regenerate after the part has been reloaded.

hyperMILL runs from a menu in Inventor and applies tool paths directly to
the parts. It appears to be part of Inventor except for simulation and a
few other functions.
