Hey I am working in a .idw and need to move around my balloons. There seems to be a small grab handle on each balloon. Is there any way to make this a bit larger. It takes a few clicks of the mouse to actually grab it and move it.

What I do is when I hover over the balloon I wait until I get the square type symbol then select it.

This always works for me.

As far as a setting to enlarge the pickbox?  Don't know of one.  That might be something to do with your screen resolution setting.

You can get the grab handles to show up larger.  Go into Application Options and on the General tab there is a setting for Annotation Scale.  Simply mak this number as large as you want to get the handles larger.  This will also make a few other things larger, like dimensions in a sketch.
