Wish items:
-Allow resize the Partlist dialog box.
-Allow ulti-select rows for visibility, updates, etc...
-Allow "yellow dot" placement snaps while placing balloons or better yet
provide Horiz or Vert alignment of a selection set.
-Provide for MDT-style expansion of sub's as an option.
