From trial-and-error experimentation , it appears that
IV6 Automated Centerlines do not work on holes that have been mirrored.

The Automated center lines functionality was implemented based upon a phased
approach.
First, the basics - features with centerlines, then patterns of features,
etc. Mirrored features
likely was below the line for implementation while allowing a sufficient
period for QA.
