Arc and circle smoothness

Is there a setting in IV that controls the segments in arcs and circles?
I want them to be smoother of coarse.

It's possible (according to a Dutch
site http://www.3ddesignforum.nl)
to change the registry. See below.

Have not tried it myself. Downside is when you
increase the smoothness the performance will go down.
