That is the question of the day around here. Unless there is one on the
horizon we will drop our subscription to Inventor Series and stick with
MDT 6 or switch to Pro/E and use their mold design option.

These features will come.... what specifically are you looking for in a
package? Have you investigated Derived parts and 3D paths for parting
lines?
