Angle entry for contour flange command?

While designing a sheet metal part, I needed to make a contour flange. However, that command was useless to me, because it doesn't seem to have an option for user input angles. It works great for pieces with a 90 deg angle, but not anything more or less than that. Can anyone help me with this?

I am probably missing it but can't you just draw what ever angle you want?

Well, I failed to mention it, but it has a joggle in it.

The joggle is on the edge of the bend.

Can you post something to customer files. It always helps to be looking at the same
    thing. 8^)
