Angle dimension won't stay

On this drawing, I can place this angle dimension, save the drawing, close
the drawing, open it, and the dimension has an error every time! What's up?
It also says when I open the .idw that the .iam is not resolved. That's not
true because I saved the .iam when I save the .idw.

I had exactly the same error. I worked out that it was because one of the
ends of each line weren't coincident. I created a sketch on the view and
projected the lines I needed. Trimmed them so that the endpoints were
coincident - returned from the sketch and created the dimension and now it's
OK. I am sure this would have worked fine in 5.3 though.
