API help file

I am not able to see the help files. I am connected to internet.

Is this an issue or I am doing something wrong.

Never mind I should had googled it before posting

Right-click on the downloaded .CHM help file, choose Properties from the context menu and in the Properties dialog (the General tab) click on the "Unblock" button at the bottom. The CHM file will then open as it should.
