API automation error

I posted this thread in the customization forum a couple of weeks ago and haven't gotten a solution, yet.

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Inventor-Customization/ThisApplication-ActiveDocument-fails/m...

My latest thoughts are that I may be hitting some sort of an overflow limitation on the number of custom properties that are being created in the program. I have around 120 in the actual Custom prop set and between 600-700 in a hidden custom API created prop set. The properties are created as my program run through an iLogic loop cylcing thorugh each sheet, so I'm starting out with around 50 props and then adding a butt load as the program runs until it fails exactly 61 sheets in. Does this seem like a valid line of thought?

The data set is quite large, to big for me to even e-mail. I haven't been able to

Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks, Mike

And did you email Brian Elkins? (he actually works for Autodesk and would be the best person to handle this problem)

I'm sure if you actually emailed him he could setup the autodesk ftp site for you to upload it to.

Do you have a dropbox account?

I back and forthed him a few times and sent him the files via dropbox. He told me he was not able to reproduce the problem on his end and I haven't heard back from him since the 23rd. I assume he's been too busy to debug my convoluted mess of amatuer programming. I've learned quite a bit about automating Inventor from Brian's Mod the Machine blog, so I know he's more than qualified.

I found that reordering the sheets somehow fixed the problem. Still have no idea why though.
