Hi all,
My name is Pedro, I work in Brazilian Synchrotron Light Lab. and I have been having some problems with the INVENTOR 2013. I migrated all files to 2013 version, but when I open my assembly and select any part or subassembly, the program closes. I think it is a problem about the new appearance mode. So, I'd like to know if somebody has problems like that and how can I fix it without it be necessary to open part by part?

Hi Pedro,

We have not seen (to my knowledge), what you describe. Are you able to provide any datasets that reproduce this issue ? Are you using a custom material/appearance library, (.adsklib file?). If so, can you share that too ?

How did you migrate your data ? Task Scheduler or on-demand on open ? Do you use vault ?

Are you getting a CER report on "close" or is it a crash without an option to send in a crash report ?
