In 2012 I can no longer attach balloons to view objects that are based on parts with curved splines, it seams they will only attach to straight lines, arcs and corners. The curve highlights but nothing happens when I click on it. Wasnt a problem in 2011 or 2010. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
