Hi,
dose anyone suffering from the same problem I am both on Publisher and Fusion.
the ribbon is justified to the right side of the screen.
In other software's like inventor, autocad line of products and simulation all good with the ribbon justification.

A couple of people have across this problem here too. It had something to do with installing tablets. A colleague of mine suggested the following fix: You have to go to the tablet settings and change the option to left-handed.
