    when I try to install Inventor 2012 all I get is red x's. Can someone pleasse tell what I'm doing wrong or what the problem is

    Please tell me more about your system environment.  Windows 7 64bit? and what is your display card, and CPU information. By the way, have you installed Publisher on your machine before? Do you installed some development tool on your computer, for example, .net or Virsul studio etc.

    It will be better to upload a screenshot of the Red X's.
