Two more questions about callouts...

1) Any way to collect callouts? As in I'd like to show two item numbers on the same leader

2) Other than aligning all the callouts on the sheet, is there some way to align only a selection of callouts

Sorry, neither of these things is well-supported.  You have to cobble it together by hand (use a label for the 2nd callout, move the callouts one-by-one for alignment).
