Hi,
Publisher 2013 SP2 I am getting callouts, balloons and detail views losing their reference on the part and pinging off away from the model when I hit save or export an image or video. It doesn't happen all the time, its ok when the components haven't been moved much, but if I have anything more than a simple unidirectional explode the issue is very prevalent. This is quite a serious glitch are there any workarounds or workflows you would recommend, and is this likely to be fixed in SP3?
Many thanks

I think i have find a way to solve the problem!
If i always choose parents (the green square) when i place the callouts, even that just is a part or from content center.
works for me right now.

Hi Timmy,
That seems to work! Even if you actually select the same part, just using the 'parents' option. Outstanding work - thanks for this.
