Guys,

For some reason I cannot get Auto Annotate to work now. It did before. I have installed a new graphics card but have had no issues with this at all up to now.

It won't work in 2012 or 2013?? Manual call out works fine.

It looks like the program is excuting the commands and processing but no graphical display of callouts after it calculates.

Any Ideas?

Hi Michael,

can you figure out is this issue file related, or machine(hardware) related?

if machine related, please provider the details like  OS, Video card...

if file related, would you mind provide the ipb file?

Its for sure machine related(I think). It does not work on any file.

Something I noticed yesterday. I tried installing various servive packs. On SP2 for 2012 I managed to get it to work briefly but then it stopped working again.

My Machine is as follows:

Hp Z820 with W7

2 x E5-2643

64gb Ram

Nvidia Quadro 6000

C2075 tesla set up with maximus configuration

I'm using 310.90 driver for cards

This is basically a new machine. I did not have issue on old machine which also had W7 OS

Hi,

Old machine is no longer available. So I now have a product I paid for that does not work as intended.

Guess I'll have to wait for solution.

Hi ,

 We tested Publisher 2012, 2013 with Quadro 6000 card and can not reproduce this issue.

 Currently, we do not have Tesla for testing, so we are not on the same environment as your's.

Would you mind help to identify if Auto annotate works on your machine without Tesla?
