iLogic-Save as

The ThisDoc.Document.SaveAs command returns a error message when executed but the message box displays the correct path. ( see attached  .ipt)

Can anybody explain what is going wrong.

I take it that the lack of response from the forum and Autocad Support (Case No:06907388.) there is a issue or bug with ThisDoc.Document.SaveAs  command.  Please advise if so or if possible show where the error is in the code .
