Skecth Line and Attach Point

Good day!

Is there a relationship between  attach point of detail view and sketch line of section view?

I'm working on nozzle detail drawing. Before adding a section view of a nozzle, it requires to have a sketch line of the view to be sectioned. So, I want to have the mid point of the sketch line in the attach point of the view. The view to be sectioned is a detail view of a base view.

I'd tried setting the X axis of the two points of sketch lines to 0 but there are some cases that the attach point is not center point of the detail view when it is add on the sheet;so the center point of the view is not the center of the component. I cannot identify why is that the attach point of the added detail view is not the center point of the detail view. May be there some components present in the view but not visible that can make the attach point not in the center point of the detail view. Because of this I decided to make another solution using sketch line's mid point be on the attach point of the detail view so that I could have the center of the component as the center point of the view.

Attach 1 is expected output.

Attach 2 is the my current output . Sketch line of the section is not in the center of the component unlike in Attach 1.

My code right now can produce Attach 1 but sometimes it can produce Attach 2. I want to make my all outputs would be Attach 1 where in the center of the component is the center of the view.
