Insert Constraint - Arrow Graphics

I would like to replicate the insert constaint arrow that is displayed on the screen as shown in the screenshot attached. I am using the command manager pick command with part circular edge filter.

I'm not sure if it would have to be done using client graphics etc. but it would be nice to be able to utilise a built in feature including the ability to reflect the axis direction/vector.

Any help would be appreciated.

yes, only Client Graphics can help you.

2. UserInputEventsSink.OnDrag in the API help reference. It has one demo how to mimic a dragging with the client graphics.
