End of part marker

I've been working on a routine that moves the end of part markers to the
beginning for an entire assembly. Unfortunately, I found that after I saved
the assembly, closed it and reopened it all of the assembly constraints had
disappeared.

Any idea why this has happened?

Do they come back if your roll the EOP down?
