I have a dxf file (3D) that want to esport to a inventor model.
I have tried to export as a IGES and STEP but they only do complex surfaces and Inventor crashes...
It is possible to export as a solid???
Do I have to use another way??? (save as a DWG...)
Open the dwg in inventor doesn't work because all is in model space and then I do not know what to do.
Open in a sketch???
Can anyone help me?
Thanks

Hello, i 'll try to be useful to your problem
So, first of all lets open autocad and your .dxf there is a command (sorry i don't remember it but you will find it in a book of autocad) that you could present your 3d model to the 3 basic views.
After that you could import your 3 views .dwg and with the following link video you will have your result!!!
