    Can't get this to unfold in sheetmetal.

    This piece should be a uniform .375" thick.  I can not get this to unfold in sheet metal.  Ideas?

    Loft inherently produces doubly curved surfaces.  Try to choose a surface for use in a "Surface, Split, Thicken" workflow.  See Seth Hindman's AU class here .
