What settings should I use for high quality video output?
I have tried a few, but want to see what others have found.

If you use Windows Media output, click the properties button and change the bit rate to 8500.

thats what we tried before, worked pretty well actually.
Just wanted to see if there was a "sweetest" spot.
The showmotion feature is nicely made, good job by Autodesk on keeping it simple, compact, yet with details we need.
thx

It's actually much more complex in R2. It takes some getting used to, but it's really cool because you can add captions and different story boards to it.
