Autodesk Impression

hello evryone,
i came a cross with a problem during installing the impression 3,
i'm wondering if you could help me please.

the problem is -
i'm starting the installation and after a few minutes i'm getting a massage of fatal error.

i have win 7 64 bit
i searched the net for similar problem but i didn't found not the problem nor a solution.

Try right clicking the install file and select 'run as administrator' and see if that helps. If not try re-downloading the install files

What is the exact message?  What are your system specs?
