I would really like a parallel stretch something like manipulating a
parallelogram where the sides remain parallel to each other, but the image
is stretched/distorted to follow. This would be used to help create the
illusion of perspective in elevation views. I would like this to use on
most Impression entities such as blocks, images, filled areas, etc.
